The human brain is shown in rainbow colors

Welcome

Who am I?

I’m Amy, a neurodiversity advocate and speaker.

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, I’ve been at the receiving end of someof the barriers that neurodivergent people face in the workplace.

I was one of many who struggled at school and didn’t go to university, but was lucky to find a career in something I loved. For the past 12 years, I’ve been a recruiter and DEI advocate.

Having seen the amount of bias that exists in recruiting and within organisations, I've dedicated myself to advocating for inclusion in the workplace. I’ve done this at companies like Gartner, Thoughtworks, Freshworks and most recently, Twitter.

I travel around the world giving talks to businesses starting their neurodiversity journey. I help them approach the conversation using the right language, and share the what, why and how on neurodiversity in a non-judgemental way.

I’m on a mission to make workplaces safer for everyone.

Why is neurodiversity important?

  • To reduce sick leave and create a more engaged, productive workforce
  • Diverse management has been shown to increase revenue by 19%
  • Diverse teams have a better understanding of their customer-base
  • Diverse brains have a higher problem solving capability within teams
  • 3 in 4 job seekers want to work for companies who prirotise DE&I
