Inclusive Hiring
Hub
Who am I?
I'm a recruiter obsessed with inclusion.
As an ADHDer without a college degree, I’ve been at the receiving end of just some of the barriers people face when trying to get hired.
When I started out in my career in recruitment, I was floored by the level of bias in hiring. There was so much exclusionary behaviour that was considered ‘normal’ in the industry, like rejecting a candidate from a role for not speaking the ‘Queens’ English, not being ‘polished’ enough or being a poor ‘culture fit’.
Because of this, over the past decade I've dedicated myself to building inclusive practices within organisations such as Gartner, Thoughtworks and most recently, Twitter.
I create workplaces where people feel safety in being themselves.
What is Inclusive Hiring?
Inclusive hiring is about making sure everyone gets a fair shot, no matter where they come from or who they are. It's about knocking down biases and obstacles in the hiring process and celebrating diversity in our teams.
When we welcome this mindset, we're building teams that truly reflect the world around us – and that's a win for everyone. Let's face it, an inclusive workplace is a happy workplace.

NeuroInclusive Manager Training
I equip managers with the tools and insights they need to embrace their neurodivergent team members. I’ve seen that creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive means a more engaged team, better work output, lower attrition and less sick leave.
I host virtual and in-person (EU) trainings on the following areas:
NeuroInclusive Recruiter Training
So often, incredible talent (like Richard Branson) slips through the cracks of the typical hiring process. I help recruiters to allow everyone put their best foot forward. A few minor adaptations to the interview process will unlock a pool of untapped talent, enriching your businesses with diverse perspectives and unique abilities.
101 Awareness Training
This is for businesses getting started on their inclusion journey, or as I call them, the ‘0-1 club’. In this session I’ll help you approach and begin the conversation (ensuring you use the right language) in a non-judgemental way (we all have to start somewhere). We’ll examine the what, why and how on neuro-inclusion.
